    Grane Hospice is expanding and searching for an experienced professional to join our growing team. The Project Analyst is a critical role that will support Grane Hospice care and supporting business lines of Grane Home Health and Grane at Home.  

    Responsibilities

    The position has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Organizing long-term projects from infancy stages to execution
    • Conferring with staff consisting of various disciplines to provide on-going support with projects
    • Gathering project requirements, report findings to the Manager of Business Analytics, and formulate an action plan to meet with staff both internally and within the IT Department throughout project execution
    • Serving as the point of contact for staff concerns/questions and communicate findings/research solutions, as necessary and as approved by the supervisor
    • Managing inventory and ensuring necessary equipment is ordered in a timely manner
    • Occasional travel to various Grane Hospice locations in Altoona, Harrisburg and King of Prussia to provide on-going support for special projects – travel may consist of overnight stays if needed.

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have least one year of experience in a healthcare-related environment preferably with respect to business or project analytics 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration\
    • Due to the travel required, all candidates must be a licensed driver and possess valid car insurance and reliable transportation
    • Strong skillset in organizational behavior, communication, and project management are essential
