    Integrated care leader Grane Hospice Care, Inc. is expanding its core interdisciplinary teams, and seeks an Human Resources Assistant

    This entry level role has high growth potential and will enable the Human Resources Assistant to work closely with senior-level management to plan and execute a number of critical tasks within the organization, providing valuable exposure and strong hands-on training.



    • Responsible for scheduling new hire drug screenings and pre-employment physicals and obtaining results for distribution to Management.
    • Process and distribute employee badges through Assure ID system.
    • Managing and distributing company equipment such as iPhone, iPad, etc.
    • Conduct new hire training
    • Create Credentialing binders for facilities and submits new hire credentialing paperwork to facilities.
    • Creates new hire orientation binders and reviews content
    • Maintain employee personnel files for designated office and conduct audits.
    • Assist in the development of training materials for staff education in EMR software
    • Monitor field staff tracking software and conduct mileage/stop audits/exporting daily
    • Assist Manager of Business Analytics with company start up initiatives
    • Create productivity reports for Operations Manager(s) and report of IT support ticket log
    • Seek out and report findings for process improvement initiatives
    • Weekly briefing with Manager of Business Analytics to address ongoing issues
    • Take on projects from Manager of Business Analytics, as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree relative field such as: Human Resources, Business or Health Care Administration
    • 1-2 years of work related experience
    • Complies with and understands the hospice philosophy, protocols, and mission
    • Possesses excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills; must be proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Is flexible and self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision required
    • Is able to work successfully as a member of an interdisciplinary team
