Due to rapid growth, Grane At Home is currently accepting applications from candidates who are organized, focused, and outgoing for a Scheduling Coordinator role in their Altoona office. The focus of this position is connecting with clients and caregivers to ensure home care service visits are properly scheduled and documentation is completed and returned.
While a four year degree is preferred, two years of previous experience with scheduling in a healthcare setting is a must. Candidates need to be comfortable using computers as an EMR is used to track employee time, activity, client, and billing records. This is an ideal position for a CNA looking to take the next step in their career as previous experience in direct patient care is required.
All candidates must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order as some travel is required. A physical with a TB and drug screen will be administered as part of the hiring process.
